Students who have
participated in one of our
school programs may report
to their teacher when they
have completed the quiz.
Teachers may send their
class reply card to the TDAC
office when all students
have completed the quiz.
TDAC will then issue the
class certificate and send a
key tag to the teacher for
every student in the class.
